MakeMKV Can't Rip 4K Blu-ray Discs - Solved

How to play 4K Blu-ray movies on my Full HD/1080P TV? Should I purchase a new 4K Blu-ray Player or rip and convert Blu-ray to a common video format via 4K Blu-ray ripping program?

I have rented a 4k UHD disc yesterday and I tried ripping it and I get errors that it cannot open the disc.
